Duration and Eligibility

  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • For eligibility, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
  • Products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, certain health, and personal care items.
  • Always retain a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Books showing signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time before they're officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Refunds have processing times.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you'd get a gift credit for the returned item's value.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

  • You're responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Timeframes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on location.
  • For items valued over $75, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
