Duration and Eligibility Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes, or vinyl records. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you'd get a gift credit for the returned item's value. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver. Shipping You're responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Timeframes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on location. For items valued over $75, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
